You can walk to the main squares, restaurants, banking area, hospitals and downtown clinics. We are located 50 meters from the Cathedral of Loreto. Your stay includes high-speed WiFi throughout the building, cable TV, maid service from Monday to Saturday, covered garage, sheets and towels, safety box, equipped kitchen, hairdryer, amenities.

We stayed here for 20 days, and the place was quiet and very safe. The cleaning lady came every day to clean the apartment — she washed all the dishes we used, changed all the towels, made the bed, and cleaned the bathroom. Our host, Sergio, was extremely kind. We asked if it was possible to have a microwave, and within minutes they brought one to our room. We had originally rented a room for two, but when our cousins offered us a ride from Chile to Mendoza (we flew from Houston to Santiago), I called Sergio and he immediately said “no problem.” He even upgraded us to a larger apartment at no extra cost, and we comfortably shared it with our cousins for a couple of days. It was an excellent experience overall. My only advice: if you’re renting a car, go for a small or mid-sized one — the garage is a bit tight to maneuver. Other than that, the apartment met — and even exceeded — our expectations!
